Japan is blanketed with hotspots while New Zealand and Peru-Chile coast of South America is devoid of any. The 40,121 location area is having a record number of hotspots some 745. The hotspots total worldwide for 24 hrs ending today 9 hrs UTC is only marginally higher than the 20th August figure. It stood at 16199 at 9 hrs utc on 21 August 2012. Expect a major earthquake in Japan area or North West Sumatra(the snout of the croc is blank regarding hotspots) or New Zealand area or Peru-Chile area or West coast of USA in the coming days. This is especially relevant after a surge in All India rains on 19th August 2012.

At this time we note a huge increase in the number of hotspots on the globe: 24 hr number up from 20184 on 24 August 2012 to 27314 on 25 August 2012 both at around 9 hrs UTC. A huge wind of 214 km per hour is headed for South Japan...

The All India highest daily rainfall for the 2012 monsoon was registered on 22 August 2012.
The hotspots of North Japan became 21 on 22 August from the 40 on 21 August and New Zealand and NW Sumatra were also blank regarding hotspots. On 23 August, following All India peak rains, hotspots appeared scantily(3) in North Japan and a lone hotspot appeared on the Southern tip of South Island New Zealand. The 24 hr number of hotspots worldwide increased to 22521 on 22 August 2012 dramatically because of the peak in the rains, from 16199 on 21 August 2012. The number of worldwide earthquakes reached a low of 155 on 23 August from a high of 175 on 22 August. These signs indicate that the dam surges have found a fulcrum probably in New Zealand or Japan or NW Sumatra and the focal point there is possibly developing into a major earthquake.

On 18 August 2012 morning(9 hrs UTC) the number of hotspots worldwide jumped to 22869 from 17310 on the morning of 17th August. And promptly a strong earthquake of magnitude 6.3 MM occurred at Sulawesi, Indonesia:

The number of worldwide hotspots has drastically decreased from 22783 on 16 August 2012 at around 9 10 hrs UTC to 17310 on 17 August 2012 around the same time. Also there were 15 hotspots on the snout of NW Sumatra on 15th August and vanished on 16th and remained vanished on 17 August till last observed at 16 hrs UTC. South Island of New Zealand had two hotspots in the South East on 16th August and vanished on 17th August and remained so till last observed at 16 hrs UTC. Japan which had 24 hotspots on 16th August became intense with hotspots counting 145 at 1600 hrs UTC on 17th August 2012. The west coast of South America was devoid of hotspots during this period almost totally. A major earthquake is expected in the NW Sumatra region or South Island of New Zealand or in the Japan region or in the Peru-Chile region, in the coming days.

Corresponding to the rain spike of 14th August 2012 shown above was a rate of change of water pressure head change in 30 Indian large dams together at the centre of gravity of all Indian dams(23,78.75) of 110.8 km/sec from 13th August 2012 to 14 August 2012. And thus this dam surge was enough to cause a major deep focus earthquake of 7.7 MM magnitude as detailed below in the SEA OF OKHOTSK. .

The implications are that we can expect a major earthquake in Russian hotspot regions, the Andaman Sumatra Bay or Japan Region in the coming days. It may also occur in Philippines, the New Zealand Region or the Papua Region or the Alaska Region. The Turkey Region is also under threat of a major earthquake.

These hotspots have been caused by the surges of water moments applied through the crust of the earth at the hotspots. But in Japan additionally the hotspots have been created by the enormous release of Caesium which releases enormous heat, along with that released by a plethora of radionuclides released. At the ocean level where the sardines usually congregate this became an unbearable situation cooking them outright and killing them. Earthquakes are happening there and the latest was a 5 MM quake.
We can expect a major quake there soon, perhaps the peak magnitude quake for the month, on this basis.

The dynamics of dams were that the surge waves were redistributing from an earthquake on 9th May 2012 at around 1930 hrs to an earthquake on 9th May 12 around 21 hrs:
The world's dams may have created a series of hotspots on the 8th May 2012 which was followed by the surges being applied at Mettur Thermal Station which developed into the fire when the dynamic redistribution of surges took place from the earthquake at Western Turkey to the Earthquake at Eastern Turkey. A similar transfer of the shock resulting in quakes was taking place on the other side of the centre of gravity of the dams(25, 125) between the two California quakes:

The technique used is NATM: The New Austrian Tunnelling method (NATM) was developed between 1957 and 1965 in Austria. A reactor at the power plant in Penly on the English Channel near the port of Dieppe shut down automatically after two small fires broke out Thursday, the plant's operator EDF said.
Firefighters easily extinguished the blazes but a cooling pump was damaged, in turn causing a joint to leak radioactive water into collection tanks located inside the reactor building, EDF said.

The All India highest daily rainfall for the 2012 monsoon was registered on 22 August 2012.
The hotspots of North Japan became 21 on 22 August from the 40 on 21 August and New Zealand and NW Sumatra were also blank regarding hotspots. On 23 August, following All India peak rains, hotspots appeared scantily(3) in North Japan and a lone hotspot appeared on the Southern tip of South Island New Zealand. The 24 hr number of hotspots worldwide increased to 22521 on 22 August 2012 dramatically because of the peak in the rains, from 16199 on 21 August 2012. The number of worldwide earthquakes reached a low of 155 on 23 August from a high of 175 on 22 August. These signs indicate that the dam surges have found a fulcrum probably in New Zealand or Japan or NW Sumatra and the focal point there is possibly developing into a major earthquake.

The number of worldwide hotspots has drastically decreased from 22783 on 16 August 2012 at around 9 10 hrs UTC to 17310 on 17 August 2012 around the same time. Also there were 15 hotspots on the snout of NW Sumatra on 15th August and vanished on 16th and remained vanished on 17 August till last observed at 16 hrs UTC. South Island of New Zealand had two hotspots in the South East on 16th August and vanished on 17th August and remained so till last observed at 16 hrs UTC. Japan which had 24 hotspots on 16th August became intense with hotspots counting 145 at 1600 hrs UTC on 17th August 2012. The west coast of South America was devoid of hotspots during this period almost totally. A major earthquake is expected in the NW Sumatra region or South Island of New Zealand or in the Japan region or in the Peru-Chile region, in the coming days.

Corresponding to the rain spike of 14th August 2012 shown above was a rate of change of water pressure head change in 30 Indian large dams together at the centre of gravity of all Indian dams(23,78.75) of 110.8 km/sec from 13th August 2012 to 14 August 2012. And thus this dam surge was enough to cause a major deep focus earthquake of 7.7 MM magnitude as detailed below in the SEA OF OKHOTSK. .

we now have on Nagasaki Day the 9th August 2012 a fire
engulfing the 9th Floor in a ten floor apartment building in Tardeo, Express
Building.
Why the fire? And so many instances? Typically it occurs on
the top or the topmost floor. Why? The reason is the dynamic readjustment in
the forces causing earthquakes in the world as the surge waves of the forces
travel from one earthquake location to another earthquake location. These
forces are being caused by dams of the world as their cumulative effect. The
forces are the total weight of water masses of clusters of dams and they act at
their respective centers of gravity. They exert a water moment surge on points
of the earth which offer them fulcra on which to apply the surge moment – the
Archimedean lever effect. These are of the same magnitude as those which cause
plate tectonic forces. In this case, the total water moment surge wave was
passing from the earthquake location at Lombock Region Indonesia to the newly
created earthquake hypocenter in the Northern Colombia Region at 120059
UTC(Universal Coordinated Time) that is, at 173059 IST. During this dynamic
transfer, the moment surge hit the foundation of the Express Building at 1730
hrs IST and the heat traveled all the way to the 9th floor where for
some reason the heat conductivity became low and the steel frame caught fire
and the ninth floor erupted into flames.

is located at 23.2979.72.3310. The fire is reported at 1615 UTC on
Wednesday 18 July 2012. At that time the the dynamic disequilibrium of
the surge waves due to dams of the bending moments were causing the
surges to change over from the earthquake at Northwest Kuril Islands
which occurred at 1530 hrs UTC to an earthquake at Western Turkey which
occurred at 1721 hrs UTC. During this changeover process the surge waves
hit Kadi at the Hitachi Plant at the coordinates mentioned to probably
cause the devastating fire. Note that during the heavy rains on 16th

THE HEAT IS KILLING FISH IN THE RIVERS AS WELL BY REDUCTION OF OXYGEN CONTENT AND NOT ONLY IN THE SEAS AND OCEANS. THIS IS A FURTHER CONFIRMATION OF DAMS AS THE AGENT OF DIRECT HEATING OF THE EARTH BY FRICTION....AND OF CLIMATE CHANGE.

The Mettur Thermal Station where a massive fire shut down the plant(see update for 10 May 2012) is at 11.7767,77.816.
The distance between the two is 92 km.
Thus we have the problem of heating of the earth as evidenced by the hotspots in this location, which by the precautionary principle is due to the dynamics of the dams(and the fish kill as well).

If a quake happens at longitude x,at a later time, a quake or a quake related or a dam related happening occurs at longitude -x.

This tragedy must be examined also in the context of the giant forces
unleashed by dams on the Sagaing fault as is happening right now in the
period when the region was hit by twin great quakes and follow up of
many aftershocks.
It is indeed of value the fact that they normally venture out even if the weather is like this.
Note the cyclone was very active at the time of the boat veering off and hitting the concrete erosion preventer. I must point out that the area is on a longitude near the Himalayan Eastern bend and the Sagaing fault and this is at the time (Monday) hit by massive earthquakes on this longitude band(90-95) by the gargantuan dynamics of dams. See also the hotspots around there on the 30th April 2012. All these may have contributed to the veering off also:

Dams and railway signals: The Kurla Signalling Cabin Fire damages the signalling equipment and throws traffic awry for days, causing further overcrowding and deaths.

The technique used is NATM: The New Austrian Tunnelling method (NATM) was developed between 1957 and 1965 in Austria. It was given its name in Salzburg in 1962 to distinguish it from old Austrian tunnelling approach. The main contributors to the development of NATM were Ladislaus von Rabcewicz, Leopold Müller and Franz Pacher. The main idea is to use the geological stress of the surrounding rock mass to stabilize the tunnel itself.
The question is: What if the dams of the world cause a surge in the stress to produce a violent shake up ?

Dams produce these hotspots as well. The friction in the area caused by the intense rubbing of the rocks causes rocks to be displaced violently leading to frequent avalanches in the area. After the earthquake the surge of redistribution of the applied forces by the dams resulted in the avalanche.

A reactor at the power plant in Penly on the English Channel near the port of Dieppe shut down automatically after two small fires broke out Thursday, the plant's operator EDF said.
Firefighters easily extinguished the blazes but a cooling pump was damaged, in turn causing a joint to leak radioactive water into collection tanks located inside the reactor building, EDF said.
