The Precautionary Principle
Fascists heartless have a heart!
Children are suffering the silent killer
They are expressing the Truth
And are protesting the infinite mutator
Of many a species generator
Of the cruel interactions with nature
Of modern civilization's ignorant designs
Which refuse to blend seamlessly with nature
Even the so called normal nuclear fuel cycler
Is an irradiator of our precious bodies
Know the consequences of what you eat
And what you use to meet your greeds
Dams the world over get together
To shatter every nuclear reactor
Or their partially used storer
See the daily dynamic horror
At ongoing Fukushima terror
A multiplying factor like every nuclear reactor
Right from the uranium extractor
Even during normal operations the creator
Today of deaths hundreds Bhopals a year
All over the world the victorious murderer
Of hundred and ten million infants
Just from 1980 till 2010.
Tell us fascists what perfect mass murders
Nuclear dealers are the harbingers
With all energy produced consumed by the nukes
With none left for the breather?
I am time the destroyer
Follow me and return all you take from me
Thats the way to live!
The children are crying : We want to live!

A major quake at Maule Chile on 25th March 2012:
7.1 | 2012/03/25 22:37:07 | -35.183 | -71.792 | 34.8 | MAULE, CHILE |
This was predicted by me on 29th Feb 2012(See update for 29 Feb 2012 below).
The number of hotspots increased from 7 on 24 Mar 2012 to 14 on 25 Mar 2012 in the Maule area and then the hotspots vanished in the Maule area on the 26th Mar 2012 at 5 hrs utc:
Update time = Sat Mar 24 11:00:04 UTC 2012
Watch out for the intense heating in Northeast and East India, Myanmar, Thailand,Laos and Vietnam as well as in Kovvada Region of Andhra Pradesh.
And see the ominously blank hotspot map of Japan and New Zealand.
We may be in for something major in one of the areas there and also in Europe to the Northwest of Turkey and Turkey itself.

We may be tending towards a major earthquake in the Andaman-Sumatra Region or the Japan Region or the New Zealand Region. We also note there are more hotspots in the East European Region above Turkey. This would suggest that Turkey and the East European Regions like Armenia are also candidates for a major quake in the coming days.

Tropical storm LUA-12(Saffir Simpson Category 2) is pointing dynamically towards Indonesia,Philippines,China, Myanmar,Banda Aceh,Andamans,Northeast Himalayas, Kovvada, Andhra Pradesh and Kalpakkam, Tamilnadu. We may expect a big quake in one of these regions in the next few days. See Map:
See the corresponding hotspot map for the last ten days:
The way the 4+ magnitude quakes are occurring at Honshu, Japan is a strong candidate for the big one as well.

The quicker the citizens in the world at large appreciate the explosive effect of the surges of bending moment hits to the affected points by the dams as well as the dynamically fast changing applied forces, the quicker they would take public action to thwart the Chinese, Indian, the US and other national misadventures to court the nuclear fuel cycles. They should note that soon after the quake hit the epicenter, the infinitely powerful sledge hammer effects would be felt at neighbouring points fortuitiously offering archimedean leverage to the dams of the world. It is for this reason that the nukes at Kudankulam or anywhere else located on the stablest of cratons cannot escape the gigantic nuclear explosive effects of the surges of wrenches of the dams of the world. All this for absolutely no power provided by the nukes to society other than for themselves:
See the Table at
http://energyauditnuclearprogrammeindia.blogspot.in/
Year after year the gargantuan nuclear power(less) programs would be gobbling the fossil fuel energies and power demand to construct them.
Thus see the futility of the 200000 MW Chinese nuke programs and similarly anywhere else.
Let nuclear protests culminate in a genuine change to normal efficient and clean programs which will return all their outputs safely to Mother Earth!

The deviation shows that Fukushima Daichi or F1 is within the realm of shock from the dams in February 2012.
An interesting prediction model first discussed in Earthquakes caused by dams by the author at http://earthquakescausedbydams.blogspot.com
is the fact revealed in the stress table/deviation table above:
If an earthquake occurs at longitude x, another occurs at longitude -x!
The stress table also indicates that the areas indentified below are under threat of a major earthquake: The Himalayas(Kashmir and the Northeast),the Alaskan Ring of Fire and Alaska itself, the East Coast Region of North America near New York, the West Coast of South America, the Northwest Sumatra region/Andaman Bay, the Philippines and the New Zealand region.
The hotspot map confirms these fears(example, the New York region):

The overall web fire mapper for the world for the past seven days completes the picture:
It is the interplay of the daily massive surges of changes in reservoir contents in the world and the consequent follow of the hotspots and the earthquakes(three red musketeers). The web fire mapper shows the flip flop of the red hotspots around the globe as the cluster sums of changes in dam contents cause surges of Love and Rayleigh waves to fence through the crust of dear Mother Earth. When a study is made of the domino effects of the huge red bands on all the continents- the interconnection of the three red musketeers, one discovers the gravity of the situation created(climate change). There is a huge shift in the average deviation of the location of the mean of the worldwide earthquakes from 25,98 to around 25, 125(from the 2010 hydrological year). This signifies a redistribution of the mass of the earth and a shift of the magnetic axis towards longitude 125 form -107. Attendent with this is the horrifying consequence revealed by a non-linear correlation of the seismic moments with the worldwide dam content changes on a daily basis.See an analysis performed on the basis of India 30 dam content changes in the Figure below. A 9-10 MM earthquake is easily possible in the Pacific Rim, perhaps before the end of the current hydrological year. But the hotspot flip flop and a study of the stresses of 18 longitude bands spanning 360 degrees complicates the picture. The -80 to -60 longitude band places a whole lot of other regions also in the danger zone. Like the Eastern Coast of the USA and the West Coast of South America.. The dynamics of the red musketeers go but beyond just quakes. It puts all the structures of modern civilization and indeed all life to unprecedented risks. Just imagine the fact that the archimedean lever effect of the gigacubic-meters of dam contents are exerted dynamically all round the centers of gravity of the clusters of dams and when quake occurs: just at t-, the force concentrates at the quake and nowhere else!At t+?

And the following sinkhole phenomenon may be connected to this occurrence as a symptom of the malaise but the root cause is the dynamic action of the water force and water moments exerted by the world's dams.

Cape Cod: 6th February 2012: 92 stranded dolphins die on beach at Cape Cod. Started from 12 January 2012.
http://theextinctionprotocol.wordpress.com/2012/02/06/scientists-mystified-by-largest-dolphin-stranding-in-northeast-u-s-in-20-years/
To see why, note the gigantic heating up of the earth of the magnitude of nuclear explosions of millions of Gigawatts of electrical power, by a surge in the water moment due to 30 dams in India alone of -16344 million cubic meters in 24 hours at the rate of -189 km/sec of water column surge rate or a height of water column pressure head of 21 Himalayas every second on 12 January 2012, caused Love and Raleigh waves to travel along the crust of the earth! This was not isolated. Look at the water moment surge wave train in December 2011, January 2012 and February 2012 and the earthquakes which followed:
The 24 hr hotspots have increased in number from 10251 on 4th February to 18073 on 6th February 2012 at 203833 UTC. The dolphins seem to have enough of the surges of heat in the oceans depleting the oxygen available for respiration.
Earthquakes may be expected at -60 to -80(including Shetland Isles, East USA) or 60 to 80(Including Kashmir) longitude bands or at -20 0r at 20 or at -110 or 110 longitude bands or -150 to -170 or 150 to 170 longitude bands including Japan, Indonesia, New Zealand in the coming days of February. They may also occur around 125 or -125 longitudes(Philippines or California). Note in this regard that Cyclone Cyril-12 is pointing straight at Philippines(GDACS report today) and its tail is pointing towards Shetland Isles.
Because of the intense hotspots in the NE Himalayas, down to Myanmar, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam, we may expect a major or strong quake in that region as well.
The average deviation of the earthquakes from the mean has undergone a shift from about (25,105) to (25, 125) probably signifying a redistribution of the earth mass and of a shift of the magnetic North Pole towards the 125 longitude.
So the sinkhole is place where the quakes originate:
http://theextinctionprotocol.wordpress.com/2012/02/20/expanding-philippine-sinkhole-likely-linked-to-6-9-earthquake-says-local-geologist/
Note the sinkhole may have been created by a cluster of dams having (25,125) as the center of gravity. At this point, the sum of the weights of the water masses behind this cluster of dams may be acting. And the daily sum total of daily changes in reservoir content acts like a sledge hammer at the sinkhole creating Love and Raleigh wave surges to proceed from this center of gravity causing earthquakes worldwide. The Cebu earthquake occurred at
10.00N | 123.20E | 11 | 6.7 |
..........
Applying the precautionary principle, we may be in for a 9.5 MM great earthquake, possibly in the Pacific Rim or the New Madrid Region or North East USA or SW South America or in the Himalayas by the end of this hydrological year(End May 2012).

He who knows not and
Knows not that he knows not is
A fool,please shun him.
He who knows not and
Knows well that he knows not is
A child, do teach him.
He who knows and knows
Not that he knows is asleep
Please do wake him up!
He who knows and knows
That he knows is a wise man
Please do follow him.

We may now also expect an earthquake in the 145 longitude band:
This may be in the Japan/Indonesia Region. Note that Japan is almost devoid of hotspots. And the India peninsula is thick with hotspots! Both conditions -intense hotspots and devoid of them! The former indicates acute stress build up with friction and the latter an about to melt condition. The complexity of rock rheology or reality!

The two earthquakes off the east coast of Honshu underline a nuclear effect in the way earthquakes are facilitated by dams and meltdowns of nuclear reactors.
See
http://glaringlacuna.blogspot.com/
Thus in the coming days we may witness more dynamics of the interactions of nuclear chaos at Fukushima regarding genpatsu shinsai effects and the effects of dams.
Note from the web fire mapper that the hotspots are intensifying more and more in the Malaysia,Thailand, Laos, Vietnam area while the Japanese Isles are remaining devoid of hotspots. This may be a mirage and may actually signify rocks melting underneath the Fukushima Daichi #1 plant to culminate into a significant earthquake directly underneath.

The hotspots are precusors to earthquakes.
See the web fire mapper map now:
We must expect a major earthquake probably at Honshu in the coming days.
But also note that the Himalayan region except for the northeast is blank and we have had a damage causing magnitude earthquake at Bio Bio Chile:
5.0 | 2012/01/06 08:08:39 | -37.996 | -75.186 | 15.2 | OFF THE COAST OF BIO-BIO, CHILE |
We must therefore also expect a quake in the longitude band around 75 or around -75 as well. Note that there is a fresh hotspot at Sri Lanka. So a quake may appear in the deep south of India as well around this longitude band.
There are very intense hotspots in the Cambodia Vietnam area even on the 6th January 2012 and none on the tip of Northwest Sumatra at Banda Ache(on 6th Jan). The hotspots in the Himalayan Northeast are sparse. These may suggest quakes in the Northeast Himalaya, including Assam or Northwest Sumatra or in the Japan region.
See the contrast in the hotspots worldwide for 5th Jan 2012 and 6th Jan2012(at 1200 hrs UTC):
The contrast:
On the 5th of Jan 2012: No hotspots in South India,Sri Lanka, Himalayas, West Sumatra and Andamans, Papua, Japan, Taiwan,South China and South New Zealand; sparse hotspots in Cambodia,Vietnam.
On 6th Jan 2012: At 12 hrs utc: Plethora of hotspots in South India and Sri Lanka, hotspots in Northeast Himalaya, intense hotspots in Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos,Vietnam region,,intense hotspots in Central Indonesia but none in the east, lone hotspot in Taiwan and Japan and no hotspots in New Zealand.
Broadly therefore we may expect a major earthquake in Japan or New Zealand or Himalayas or Indonesia or South India.

As predicted in
http://predictingquakes.blogspot.com/2009/11/prediction-of-peak-magnitude-earthquake.html
a further major or even a great earthquake is expected in January 2012 as the Izu strong or major quake is a deep focus earthquake and a major or great earthquake may follow this probably in the Honshu region.
Note also that on New Year's Eve,1 January 2012, 20 tons of dead fish had been washed ashore at Troms, Norway:
